Manufacturer for 50 years, our enhancers (named Boisés) are recognized in prestigious areas such as Cognac and Armagnac regions.
By controlling our oak purchases in the best french forests, we garanteemaximum origin/traceability in our Boisés.
In addition, our totally natural extraction process is perfectly suitable to high quality spirits (Brandies) through their precise dosage and structuring effect,
our Boisés will allow you while respecting your brandy to achieve the result of aging that you wish or need.


First we proceed to a rigorous selection of our woods in forests. This allow us to choose the best oak species, directly on the original areas of the « centre France and Limousin »
This oak is naturally composed of a multitude phenols and especially ellagitannins, sources of subtle aromas for the maturation of quality brandies.

We use the split technique to keep only the heart of them, thus these oenological woods can dry naturally under the best possible conditions of maturation.

This selection method allows us from the start of tannic extraction process to garantee the widest possible range of aromas in the rendering of our Boisés.


The drying tecnique of wood in open air, which allowed an excellent maturation, our maufacturing unit carries out a very slow extraction of phenols tannins contained in the woody material of oak.
Thus wood compounds are naturally revealed, without any chemical or allergen agent. The lignin and its derivatives aromatic aldehydes (vanillin….) can thus
express themselves through the action of our « boisés » in your brandy. Our slow extraction method respects natural oak compounds and does not alter them.

Our woods are studied to make the best contribution for natural aromatic compounds necessary for the brandies of refined grape : aldheides synalpiques,
syringics, and especially vanillin.
Their work will be done on the structure of taste and color for a very low cost price (dosage low)


For young brandies, this boise delivers a fruity and light flavored palet, with a good rancio.


For brandies more than 5 years old, flavored palet very developped, rancio asserted, elegant and round tannins.
